Jewelry

All of Janet Stein jewelry is hand crafted and is produced after your order. Please note that all efforts will be made to keep the piece as true to the photos as possible. Due to the nature of the product, stone color and size of beads may vary. If for any reason the piece you have ordered can not be produced without noticeable difference, you will be contacted and we can discuss the changes.

Guarantee

I take great pride in the creation of my jewelry and want you to be happy with your purchase. I will repair or replace any piece of jewelry that was not carefully created and deemed defective, for a period of one year from the date of purchase. I will not be responsible to what I will deem as 'rough wear' or any misuse of the product. 

Privacy

I guarantee that your information will not be sold and will be used solely for the purpose of your order. Your e-mail may be used to let you know of upcoming events and useful discount codes that can be used for further orders. You can easily unsubscribe to my newsletter if you do not want to receive these emails.

Payments

Payments are made with Stripe.com, over their secure server  through the Janet Stein online store hosted with squarespace.com. Please note that your item will not be shipped until payment has been received.  

Taxes

GST/HST will be charge to all Canadian orders only. Orders outside of Canada may be charged taxes or duties when your jewelry arrives. Those are paid through the shipping company (Postal service or FedEx). If an item is sent back because duties or taxes were not paid, you will be charged again for shipping of your purchase back to you.

Returns

All jewelry may be returned within 7 days of receiving your jewelry, in its original condition, for exchange or credit on future orders. No refunds will be given for shipping costs. Please contact me  to discuss the return before it is sent back.

There is no returns on custom work but I will do my best to make sure that there is never a need for that.
